Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Please read our cancellation policy carefully:

- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before the order has been dispatched, whichever comes first.

- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

- To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order number.

- If your cancellation request is approved before dispatch, you will receive a full refund (if payment has already been made).

- Orders cancelled after dispatch are not eligible for cancellation. Please refer to our Exchange Policy if you need assistance after receiving your order.

- We reserve the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be issued if payment has been received.
